About the role
The Retail Attendant will deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience for guests at Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo. This role focuses on personalized service, sales support and brand representation within the resort boutique.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized, high‑touch service to guests and customers throughout their stay.
- Drive boutique sales by engaging guests, offering consultative selling and product knowledge.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Four Seasons and the luxury brands featured in the boutique.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years experience in retail, luxury hospitality, or customer service.
- Strong commitment to delivering premium guest experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑service environment.
