Reservations & Logistics Agent – Inbound Tourism

About the role

Böëna Lodges is seeking a Reservations and Logistics Agent to manage inbound tourism operations. You will handle individual and group bookings, coordinate guest arrivals and departures, and ensure seamless experiences across our lodges.

Key responsibilities

• Manage individual and group reservations through multiple sales channels.
• Coordinate logistics for guest arrivals, departures, and on‑site experiences.
• Provide client and agency support via email, phone, and chat.
• Facilitate operational communication between lodges to guarantee smooth guest journeys.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in reservations, operations, or customer service.
• Passion for hospitality, sustainability and continuous professional growth.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with online travel agencies (OTAs) and direct booking channels.
• Familiarity with systems such as Skill, Opera, Flexxm Tour Plan, or Epiclodge (a plus).
