Remote Training Specialist – AI‑Enabled Learning

About the role

Viva is looking for a passionate Training Specialist to design and deliver learning experiences for Executive Assistants across Latin America. You will combine instructional design expertise with AI tools to prepare talent for fast‑growing U.S. and Canadian startups.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live training sessions, simulations, role‑plays and 1:1 coaching to ready Executive Assistants for client assignments.
• Create and maintain curricula, rubrics, playbooks and other learning resources that reflect Viva’s methodology.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth staffing, high performance and effective cross‑functional communication.
• Leverage AI tools daily, coach EAs on AI adoption, and implement automations that streamline workflows and scale learning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D, coaching or a related field.
• Fluent English (C2 level) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, structured and high‑ownership mindset.
• Passion for Viva’s mission of expanding career opportunities for women.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier.
• Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
• Ability to analyze data to surface insights and drive continuous improvement.
