Remote Splunk Engineer

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Splunk Engineer to join its global development team. The role is fully remote and involves ensuring the health, security, and performance of Splunk Cloud environments for diverse, multicultural projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate overall health and operation of the Splunk Cloud instance.
• Build and maintain security dashboards and alerts.
• Manage ingest volume, collaborating with teams to add or remove log statements.
• Investigate alerts and anomalies, participating in incident response.
• Implement updates and coordinate mandatory changes with Splunk Cloud.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Splunk.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Hadoop, GCP, Azure; AWS preferred).
• Valid Splunk certification.
• Advanced level of English.
