Remote Sales & Reservations Associate – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a remote Sales & Reservations Associate to join our luxury hospitality and short‑term rental portfolio. You will manage inbound booking inquiries, convert leads into reservations, and ensure a seamless experience for high‑end guests.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to reservation inquiries via email, phone, text, and OTA platforms.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and manage the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM and reservation records.
• Review booking details for accuracy before confirmation.
• Support guest‑experience operations during peak periods or escalations.
• Coordinate with operations and field teams to ensure smooth hand‑offs.
• Maintain shift notes and regular reporting updates.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in hospitality, reservations, customer service, or sales.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or short‑term rentals is preferred.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Knowledge of OTA platforms.
• Proficiency with Slack.
• Proficiency with Monday.com.
