Remote LLM Engineer – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking motivated software engineers across Latin America to join a fully remote AI training program. As an LLM Engineer you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate the quality of model responses, and create coding challenges that help improve large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑written code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test model capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated output using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to enhance future AI responses.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, senior).
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Rust.
