Remote Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Neat N’ Tidy is seeking a motivated Remote Inside Sales Representative to engage inbound leads, conduct outbound prospecting, and convert one‑time customers into recurring cleaning service contracts. This contract position is fully remote and focuses on building relationships and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Engage inbound leads via phone, email, and chat, understanding cleaning needs and guiding customers to appropriate services.
• Make 80+ outbound calls daily to generate interest, follow up on inquiries, and increase bookings.
• Convert single‑service clients to weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly plans by highlighting ongoing value.
• Present and explain deep cleans, moving cleans, and recurring options, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Schedule appointments in BookingKoala, confirm details, and ensure accurate record‑keeping in CRM and Google Sheets.
• Track performance against daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and continuously improve results.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑centric sales mindset.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and comfortable working remotely in a high‑volume environment.
• Experience in phone‑based or online sales and handling warm leads.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets.
• Experience using BookingKoala or similar scheduling tools.
