Channel Programs & Operations Manager II

About the role

The Channel Programs & Operations Manager II will drive partner programs, enablement, and operational excellence for Akamai's global partner ecosystem. This role collaborates across Sales, IT, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Product Management to scale and improve distributor and reseller programs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and improve existing partner programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and partner needs.
• Lead new initiatives from inception to execution, driving operational improvements and process efficiencies.
• Collaborate with strategic partners to gather requirements, design processes, and implement scalable renewal and program initiatives.
• Implement partner enablement strategies, providing training, resources, and tools for Distributors and Resellers.
• Work with internal stakeholders to align program strategy with business priorities and define success metrics.
• Track and analyze partner performance across key metrics and KPIs, delivering data‑driven insights.
• Provide partner‑focused assistance to resolve issues, questions, and concerns promptly.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in program management, channel operations, partner programs, or partner enablement, preferably in technology or cybersecurity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional background.
• Detail‑oriented and analytical with strong quantitative and qualitative problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities in a matrixed, international environment.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and adapt to changing business requirements.
