Remote Data Entry Operator

About the role

BairesDev, a technology company with more than 15 years of experience delivering solutions to companies such as Google and Silicon Valley startups, is looking for a Junior Data Entry Operator. The role processes and manages large volumes of information across multiple platforms, focusing on data accuracy, quality control and efficient information processing to support business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process high volumes of data entries while maintaining accuracy and speed.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure information integrity.
• Transfer information between different systems and databases efficiently.
• Generate reports and extract data as requested by team members.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data inconsistencies and improve processes.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in data entry operations or similar roles.
• High accuracy rate and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and handle repetitive tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to quality.
• Advanced level of English.
