About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented, bilingual Administrative Assistant to provide remote support to our Latin American clients. The role is fully remote and ideal for professionals who thrive in organized, virtual environments.
Key responsibilities
- Document processes and maintain accurate records.
- Upload, organize, and manage files in Google Drive.
- Perform data entry and generate internal reports.
- Handle email communications with clients and vendors.
- Support research activities and document handling.
- Perform other related administrative tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
- 1–5 years of experience in administration or virtual assistance.
- Reliable home office with stable internet (≥10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up) and backup connection.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

What we offer
- Hourly rate equivalent to USD $696–$1,044 per month, based on experience.
- Annual pay increments and discretionary client bonuses.
