Regional Financial and Administrative Manager

About the role

A position is available in Costa Rica for a Regional Financial and Administrative Manager. The role leads regional financial management, covering financial control, analysis and planning, compliance with internal policies and regulations, and supervision of procurement, asset administration and general services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the region's financial planning, including budgets, forecasts and profitability analysis by account/client, aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, tax requirements and audits across countries or business units, strengthen internal controls and mitigate financial risks.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and international stakeholders, supporting decision-making.
• Oversee purchasing processes, suppliers and contracts in line with internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English (mandatory).
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Financial Manager leading financial and administrative teams and processes.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed and culturally diverse teams in global business environments.
• Extensive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, internal controls and audit management.
• Experience in asset management, infrastructure and general services, including procurement, supplier and contract management.
