About the role

The Pharmacy Manager will ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy and compliance with current health regulations. This full‑time, onsite position is based in the Greater Metropolitan Area.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee safe dispensing of medications and validate prescriptions.
• Advise customers on proper use of treatments.
• Coordinate inventory control, monitor expiries and manage stock levels.
• Maintain up‑to‑date care protocols and support technical staff training.
• Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical legislation and pharmacovigilance standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Pharmacy with a current professional registration.
• Previous experience managing a community pharmacy or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation, dispensing best practices and pharmacovigilance.
• Ability to work in a team, communicate clearly with customers and staff, and focus on patient safety.
• Availability for full‑time onsite work in the Greater Metropolitan Area.
