Wound Documentation Specialist

About the role

Solventum is seeking a Wound Documentation Specialist to collect wound assessments, review clinical information, and support continuity of care for patients on V.A.C.® Therapy. The role combines clinical data analysis with customer relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Collect wound assessments based on payer requirements.
• Review clinical information and assess wound progression for patients on V.A.C.® Therapy.
• Develop and manage customer relationships with clinical providers.
• Collaborate with Solventum team members to resolve higher‑level account issues and provide physician call support.
• Use business and clinical data in accordance with Solventum policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 2 years of experience interpreting medical records, OR high school diploma/GED plus at least 6 years of similar experience.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
