Recruitment Coordinator – 1 Year Contract

About the role

The Recruitment Coordinator will partner with a fast‑paced recruiting team to manage interview logistics, maintain candidate records, and ensure a positive first impression of the company. This 1‑year contract role supports primarily US‑based positions while operating from our San Jose office.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule interviews, phone screens, and coordinate travel for visiting candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate information in recruiting systems.
• Communicate recruitment status to candidates via phone and email.
• Produce weekly reports on candidate status and recruiting activity.
• Organise post‑interview debrief meetings and distribute debrief materials.
• Identify and suggest improvements to candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
• Assist with additional recruiting tasks as needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator, HR assistant, or similar coordination role.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Strong multitasking ability and capacity to meet tight deadlines.
• Self‑starter who can work independently in an ambiguous environment.
