About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead the Talent Acquisition function for its global, fully remote workforce. You will shape hiring strategies, guide a large team of recruitment leaders, and ensure the company continues to attract top‑tier tech talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of over 50 recruitment leaders across multiple regions.
• Design and implement innovative hiring processes that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with area managers to keep Talent Acquisition practices current and effective.
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, metrics, and salary benchmarks.
• Continuously improve recruiting and staffing workflows based on data insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing operational leaders in a recruitment environment.
• Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting is desirable.
• Hands‑on, proactive management style.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
