Recruiter – G&A (Finance, Operations, Admin)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Recruiter to support General & Administrative hiring across Finance, Accounting, Operations and Administration. The role is fully remote and focuses on managing a high volume of requisitions, keeping the recruiting process smooth and data‑clean.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain ATS hygiene for 10‑20 active G&A requisitions, ensuring accurate candidate records, statuses and notes.
• Schedule and coordinate phone screens, hiring‑manager and panel interviews across multiple time zones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing confirmations, agendas and follow‑up communications.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep pipelines moving, flagging stalled candidates and overdue feedback.
• Post and refresh job listings on job boards, the company careers site and partner channels.
• Track and report weekly recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑schedule, pipeline coverage and requisition aging.
• Identify process gaps and propose lightweight improvements to scheduling, ATS workflows and candidate experience.
• Leverage AI tools to draft outreach, summarize interview notes and automate repetitive tasks.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with a passion for clean data and efficient processes.
• Excellent communication abilities to interact with candidates, hiring managers and the talent team.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficiency with AI‑assisted recruiting tools.
