Real Estate Agent

About the role

The Real Estate Agent will be based on‑site in Liberia, Costa Rica, representing NYA Costa Rica’s master‑planned community. You will guide prospective buyers and investors through the entire sales process, from first contact to closing, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property showings and tours of beachfront and sunset‑view condominiums.
• Present unit features, amenities, pricing, and financing options to clients.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads using CRM tools.
• Prepare and review sales documents, contracts, and related paperwork.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and administration.
• Represent NYA Costa Rica at open houses, on‑site events, and community showcases.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of inventory, community features, and local market trends.

Required profile

• Proven sales track record in real estate or a related field, meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Familiarity with Costa Rican real‑estate regulations and market dynamics.
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
• Integrity, professionalism, and a client‑centered approach.
• Legal right to work in Costa Rica and, if foreign, a valid real‑estate license or membership in the Cámara Costarricense de Corredores de Bienes Raíces.
• Residence in Guanacaste with reliable transportation to Liberia.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software and CRM systems for lead and client management.
