Bilingual Property Management Virtual Assistant (Mandarin/Vietnamese)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Virtual Assistant to support our property management operations. The role involves communicating with residents and vendors, handling maintenance requests, and maintaining property records using Buildium, all from a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with residents/tenants in Mandarin or Vietnamese and English.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Follow up on maintenance requests and work orders.
• Assist with resident and property‑related inquiries.
• Update and maintain accurate property and resident records in Buildium.
• Perform administrative and data‑entry tasks, tracking documentation and outstanding requests.
• Support the property management team with day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Fluent in Mandarin or Vietnamese with strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related administrative role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Buildium (property management software) – preferred.
