PX Business Consultant (Human Resources Business Partner)

About the role

We are looking for a PX Business Consultant (Human Resources Business Partner) to partner with our HR Partner team and support people leaders across the United States, Canada and LATAM. This hands‑on, consultative role will act as a trusted advisor, guiding managers through the full employee lifecycle, employee relations and performance management. The position plays a key role in delivering positive employee experiences while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and coach mid‑level managers on performance, engagement, development and employee relations.
• Provide practical, business‑aligned people solutions and proactively identify retention risks.
• Support employee lifecycle activities including hiring, onboarding, internal moves, career development and exits.
• Handle Tier 2 people and process issues efficiently, escalating complex or high‑risk cases.
• Manage employee relations matters such as grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions and performance concerns.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with labor and employment laws across the US, Canada and LATAM.
• Drive performance management cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, calibrations, ratings and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR business partnering or employee relations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑regional environment.
• Strong advisory and coaching skills for mid‑level managers.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws in the US, Canada and LATAM.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Capability to manage confidential and complex employee issues.
