Public Sector Account Manager – Central America & Caribbean

Join Amazon Web Services to help public‑sector education organizations across Central America and the Caribbean modernize their operations with cloud technology. As a Public Sector Account Manager you will build strategic partnerships, drive AWS adoption, and position AWS as a trusted technology partner in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to meet quarterly revenue targets.
• Develop and execute account and territory plans that outline customer engagement, market penetration, and growth strategies.
• Craft compelling value propositions that align AWS services with the specific challenges of education institutions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders from C‑suite executives to technical architects.
• Collaborate with partners and internal solution architects to accelerate adoption and support contract negotiations and implementations.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling technology solutions to public‑sector or education customers.
• Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence senior decision‑makers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
