Associate Director, Contract Proposal Management

About the role

Kyndryl is seeking an Associate Director to lead contract proposal management for its US Go‑to‑Market (GTM) initiatives. You will coordinate bid teams, manage documentation, budgets, and ensure compliance throughout the proposal lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate bid team activities from inception to hand‑over, gathering mandatory documents and storing them in designated tools.
• Conduct credit checks, validate customer information, and manage bid budgets, including opening account IDs and issuing weekly budget reports.
• Maintain process compliance, attend release calls, and manage project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Collect approvals for price, credit, terms, legal, and risk assessments; support SOX tests and audits.
• Prepare mandatory documents for contract registration and ensure smooth bid completion.
