Proposal Manager – Lead Strategic RFx Initiatives

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead strategic RFx initiatives for a global team. You will coordinate end‑to‑end proposal efforts, collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, and leverage AI tools to craft winning responses.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple RFx/RFP proposals from kickoff through submission.
• Manage proposal timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Develop, edit, and enhance proposal content using AI while ensuring quality and brand consistency.
• Partner with Sales, Presales, and Value Management to create customer‑focused responses.
• Coordinate proposal reviews, handle customer clarifications, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in proposal management, proposal writing, technical writing, or related fields.
• Strong project‑management, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across global teams and time zones.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with AI‑enabled proposal tools.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Express, or online RFP portals is a plus.
• Background in cloud, HR, or financial software industries is highly preferred.
