Project Manager – Workplace Relocation (LATAM)

About the role

The Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end execution of workplace relocation projects across multiple Latin American countries. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will coordinate vendors, manage site logistics, and ensure smooth moves while maintaining compliance and budget control.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning meetings with relocation vendors and oversee access, escorts, and on‑site operations.
• Request, review, and validate vendor quotes; track project costs and ensure budget adherence.
• Conduct site inspections, workstation configuration checks, and post‑relocation compliance audits.
• Coordinate pre‑ and post‑move inventories, photo reports, and asset tracking, including special equipment and prototype devices.
• Manage logistics such as box delivery, label distribution, locker clear‑out, and deep‑cleaning coordination.
• Drive the relocation process from kickoff to closure, track KPIs, prepare presentations, and document lessons learned.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in facilities, construction, or workplace relocation.
• Proven experience managing vendors and third‑party service providers.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management platforms such as Smartsheet.
• Experience using Adaptive Work or similar tools.
