Project Manager (Web Design) – US Pharma Clients

About the role

eStoreLabs is looking for a Project Manager to lead web‑design projects for US‑based pharmaceutical clients. You will define scope, build timelines, and ensure delivery that meets both brand standards and strict regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope and create detailed timelines aligned with stakeholders.
• Manage end‑to‑end website projects from requirements gathering to launch.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (design, development, marketing, local markets).
• Oversee quality, UX, and compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.
• Lead communication, reporting, and stakeholder expectation management.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into clear tasks for design and development teams.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring timely resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of digital/web project management experience.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector with knowledge of regulated environments.
• Proven ability to manage projects for the US market and work across time zones.
• Advanced English (C1+) with strong written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail‑oriented and capable of owning delivery.
