Dynamics CRM Functional Associate (MB210/220/230/240) + PL400

About the role

The Dynamics CRM Functional Associate will deliver end‑to‑end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, bridging functional consulting with hands‑on technical development. You will work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to design, configure, integrate, and support scalable CRM platforms that align with business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements, lead workshops and translate needs into functional specifications.
• Design comprehensive D365 CE solutions for Sales, Customer Service and Field Service, including integration architecture and data models.
• Configure Dataverse entities, forms, views, security, business rules, workflows and Power Automate flows.
• Develop custom components such as C# plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript scripts and PCF controls.
• Implement integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Functions, APIs and middleware; manage data migration and governance.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle: design, configuration, development, testing, deployment and post‑go‑live support.
• Coordinate UAT, provide end‑user training and documentation, and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with developers, architects and business teams, acting as a bridge between functional and technical perspectives.

Required profile

• Strong consulting experience with CRM business processes (lead‑to‑cash, case management, service).
• Ability to map business processes, align system capabilities with outcomes and drive optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
