Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects at our La Lima Free Zone site in Cartago, Costa Rica. You will ensure projects meet timing, cost, quality, and benefit targets while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document project requirements and scope.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, dashboards, and resource allocations.
• Communicate status, risks, and changes to all stakeholders.
• Monitor cost structures, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities, risk assessments, and problem resolution.
• Lead project meetings and serve as the primary contact for internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
• Support implementation of workflow and reporting tools to improve quality, profitability, and efficiency.
• Mentor, coach, and develop project team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of project management experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel locally, nationally, or internationally as needed.
