About the role

We are seeking a Project Management Specialist to work remotely on a part‑time contract, collaborating with AI development teams to shape project planning and risk management training data.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI development teams to provide expert insights on project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Develop and review AI training materials that reflect best practices across diverse industries.
• Translate complex project management scenarios into clear, data‑rich examples for AI model enhancement.
• Guide technical staff and serve as a client‑facing lead to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Articulate effective team leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder communication for AI learning modules.
• Continuously evaluate and refine AI outputs to ensure relevance, accuracy, and practical value.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end project management across various industries and project scales.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to break down complex concepts.
• Success in team management and guiding cross‑functional groups.
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities, including resource and budget management.
• Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, and adaptive planning in evolving project landscapes.
