Project & Compliance Manager (Marketing)

About the role

The Project & Compliance Manager will oversee the flow of marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and strict compliance with brand and regulatory standards. This remote, full‑time position supports a distributed marketing team within a US‑based real‑estate investment firm.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the status system and daily tracker to keep all projects visible and on schedule.
• Route briefs, assets, and approvals among the EVP, internal pods, and external vendors.
• Attend manager meetings (or review notes) to log tasks, set daily/weekly priorities, and protect deadlines.
• Maintain and refine approval, routing, and publishing workflows.
• Conduct end‑to‑end testing of email and SMS communications, verifying links, UTMs, tags, opt‑outs, and user experience.
• Proofread copy, check spelling, grammar, and functional links on all assets.
• QA all forms for correct submission, tagging, territory assignment, and notifications.
• Review and approve staging builds before go‑live, ensuring the right user experience.
• Steward the regulatory approval chain, ensuring legal review, proper disclosures, and principal sign‑offs.
• Enforce the creative gate, securing EVP sign‑off before assets advance.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing marketing project workflows and compliance processes.
• Familiarity with regulatory review procedures for investment communications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment.
