Programmatic Media Analyst

About the role

The Programmatic Media Analyst will manage the end‑to‑end execution of digital programmatic campaigns across multiple demand‑side platforms (DSPs). You will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns while ensuring quality and performance targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Build and launch programmatic campaigns on DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, and Yahoo DSP.
• Manage audience targeting, budget allocation, creative trafficking, and tracking implementation.
• Monitor campaign pacing and performance, execute optimizations, and conduct QA checks before and after launch.
• Troubleshoot issues, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and produce performance reports with actionable insights.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations for strategic planning.

Required profile

• 1.5–3 years of hands‑on programmatic advertising experience.
• Experience managing campaigns from setup through optimization and reporting in agency or ad‑tech environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+).

Required skills

• Proficiency with DSP platforms: DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Yahoo DSP, Campaign Manager 360, Google Ad Manager.
• Familiarity with ad‑verification tools such as DoubleVerify.
• Experience in campaign activation, audience creation, budget and pacing management, performance optimization, QA processes, and reporting.
