Program Manager – Operational Excellence (Remote)

About the role

Experian is seeking a Program Manager to lead and evolve its Operational Excellence framework, PowerUP. In this remote position you will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that blend systems thinking, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and generative AI to accelerate business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of PowerUP training curricula and learning assets.
• Modernize content by integrating practical GenAI, automation, and the latest operational excellence concepts.
• Apply data‑driven insights to measure training effectiveness and guide enhancements.
• Leverage AI‑enabled tools and digital learning platforms to scale, personalize, and engage learners.
• Collaborate with global and regional partners to align PowerUP with enterprise learning strategies.
• Gather participant feedback, assess impact, and refine delivery approaches.
• Coach candidates through certification journeys and review CPI/LSS projects for alignment with PowerUP standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading enterprise‑wide training or operational excellence programs.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and generative AI applications.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable learning improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across global teams.
