Global Enablement Program Operations Manager

About the role

The Global Enablement Program Operations Manager will coordinate the end‑to‑end delivery of revenue enablement, training and learning initiatives worldwide. You will work closely with program owners and global stakeholders to ensure seamless participant experiences across virtual and onsite events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage participant registration, communications, learner onboarding, attendance tracking and accreditation throughout the program lifecycle.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual and onsite programs, including training spaces, catering, materials, name tents, playbooks and vendor relationships.
• Set up and support webinars, handling invitations, registrations, live facilitation, breakout rooms, polling, Q&A and post‑event reporting.
• Produce recurring and ad‑hoc reports, maintain program trackers, analyze learner data and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and monitor program budgets, process purchase orders, invoices and vendor contracts.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in program operations, training, corporate events or learning enablement.
• Strong project coordination, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across global teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for managing large data sets, trackers and reports.
• Experience with event registration platforms and/or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Proficiency in coordinating webinars and virtual training tools.
