Program Manager

About the role

You will lead complex software delivery initiatives in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring structured planning, stakeholder collaboration, and proactive execution. The role demands high organization, attention to detail, and the ability to keep cross‑functional teams aligned with defined milestones and governance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage software delivery across multiple workstreams using stage‑gate or milestone‑based methodologies.
• Secure formal client approvals and sign‑offs before advancing project phases.
• Track and manage dependencies, licensing, and customer deliverables.
• Monitor project scope, handle Change Requests, and mitigate risks and issues.
• Prepare and communicate status reports to technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Coordinate communication among Engineering, Product, Delivery, and customer teams.
• Protect timelines by following up on pending approvals and milestones.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and governance artifacts.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience managing software delivery projects in Managed Services or similar models.
• Hands‑on experience with stage‑gate, milestone‑based, or structured delivery methodologies.
• Strong ability to manage scope, dependencies, risks, and Change Requests.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with experience preparing executive status reports.
• Familiarity with AI/ML project delivery is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is desirable.
• PMP, Scrum Master or similar certifications highly desirable.
• Advanced English proficiency.
