Professional Services Associate

About the role

Arbolus is expanding its operations in Costa Rica and is looking for a Professional Services Associate to support its U.S.-based private equity and consulting clients. Based in San José, you will work closely with the client‑facing team in New York to deliver research, connect clients with industry experts, and help drive informed business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients—including consultancies, investment firms, and corporations—by identifying and engaging high‑caliber experts for projects.
• Develop and execute tailored research strategies for local, regional, and international assignments.
• Screen, onboard, and manage experts on the Arbolus platform.
• Coordinate expert consultations, workshops, and meetings.
• Handle multiple time‑sensitive research requests while collaborating with senior associates and account managers across international teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of work experience with a hands‑on, entrepreneurial attitude.
• Strong phone‑based communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, time‑management, and organizational abilities.
• Native‑level proficiency in English and the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
