Production Support Engineer – Connect & RAMP

About the role

Coforge is seeking a Production Support Engineer to provide continuous monitoring and incident resolution for US regional applications. The role is remote and focuses on ensuring high availability and performance of critical production systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide production support for US regional applications, monitoring performance and ensuring SLA compliance.
• Analyze server and application logs, use Splunk and Dynatrace to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Write and execute SQL queries for data investigation and support deployment activities using Jenkins and GitHub.
• Participate in ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management, and configure monitoring alerts and dashboards.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience in Production or Application Support.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle Database and strong SQL skills (DDL, DML, joins, aggregates, CASE).
• Experience with Linux‑based infrastructure and cloud services.
• Proven ability to work with monitoring tools, ITIL processes, and CI/CD pipelines.
