Production Supervisor – Manufacturing Operations Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing floor, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met while fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assign employees to production stations and monitor output at each stage of the process.
• Plan, schedule, and evaluate staff performance to achieve operational KPIs.
• Maintain workflow by setting process variables, monitoring equipment, and coordinating fault corrections.
• Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices, quality standards, and safety policies.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and development plans to keep the team highly trained.
• Collaborate with facilities and maintenance to guarantee proper equipment operation.
• Compile and analyze production performance data, preparing shift summaries and reports.
• Develop and review procedures, record‑keeping systems, and budgetary requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, materials or related).
• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or highly regulated environment.
• Strong leadership, people‑orientation and results‑driven mindset.
• High sense of urgency, self‑motivation and excellent interpersonal skills.
