Production Supervisor II – Shift C

About the role

The Production Supervisor II (Shift C) is responsible for managing production resources—including equipment, personnel, and materials—to ensure efficient, high‑quality output on the assigned shift. This role supports safety initiatives and continuous improvement in a medical‑device manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational efficiency and standardization on the production line.
• Ensure compliance with the production plan, product quality standards, and line‑personnel performance.
• Analyze processes and implement improvements to reduce defects, scrap, and increase yields.
• Maintain organized, clean work areas and follow established procedures.
• Lead or participate in problem‑solving activities related to complaints, defects, scrap, or low productivity.
• Provide feedback to PB IV and support employee‑safety programs, including rotation and safety‑equipment usage.
• Apply and promote EHS policies, identifying and mitigating environmental, health, and safety risks.
• Monitor and update key metrics such as Yield, Efficiency, Plan Compliance, RCTIME, and Quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.
• English proficiency at a 70‑79 % level.
