Process Development Engineer – Test & Automation

About the role

We are looking for a Process Development Engineer to drive new‑product‑introduction (NPI) test and manufacturing readiness across digital, analog, RF and DC platforms. You will design automation, data/AI systems and cross‑site standards that improve quality, throughput and time‑to‑detect.

Key responsibilities

• Architect test automation and data analytics solutions for pilot and high‑volume manufacturing.
• Lead small‑ to medium‑size projects with visibility across Operations, Design and Programs.
• Perform hands‑on testing, hardware debugging and develop test strategies.
• Collaborate with Design, Software Engineering and Contract Manufacturers to improve production processes.
• Drive cross‑functional closure on FA/RCCA, risk burn‑down and transfer to high‑volume manufacturing.
• Travel internationally (10‑25%) to pilot lines and manufacturing sites in Asia and the USA.

Required profile

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in process/test/NPI, preferably with ATE.
• Proven track record delivering test processes into pilot and high‑volume manufacturing.
• Hands‑on experience with test instrumentation (oscilloscopes, DMMs, VNA, spectrum/signal generators).
• Strong automation and data‑analysis skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross‑functional projects.
