Production Supervisor II (Shift B: M-F 2 pm – 10 pm)

About the role

The Production Supervisor II leads a shift on the manufacturing floor, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production of Penumbra medical devices. This position combines hands‑on supervision with continuous‑improvement initiatives to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities with a strong floor presence during the 2 pm‑10 pm shift.
• Maintain a safe, injury‑free workplace and enforce EHS standards.
• Drive output, quality, and on‑time delivery goals while monitoring KPIs such as yield, scrap, throughput, and cost.
• Oversee work orders and coordinate with Planning to avoid delays.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, QMS, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, train, and manage production teams, fostering a lean manufacturing culture.
• Partner with Engineering and cross‑functional teams to resolve production issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of production supervision experience in a regulated environment, preferably medical‑device manufacturing.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal) at B2+ level.
• Strong supervisory, communication, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
