Production Operator – MPVS TB

About the role

CooperSurgical Inc., a leading women’s health company, is seeking a Production Operator to join its Costa Rica facility. You will work on assembly lines that support the manufacturing of in‑vitro fertilisation products, ensuring high‑quality output in a clean‑room environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks in one or more production cells or lines.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at your workstation and the surrounding area.
• Follow written methods, procedures, and safety guidelines for all products.
• Wear required attire, which may include uniforms and clean‑room garments.
• Follow directions from supervisors and complete additional assignments as needed.
• Comply with company behavior and conduct policies.

Required profile

• Ability to fill out forms and perform basic math operations.
• High attention to detail and precision.
• Good hand‑eye coordination.
• Experience working on production lines or in manual assembly.
