Production Operator – Assembly & Packaging

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role involves assembling and packaging finished products using sub‑assemblies and components, following established procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks on one or more production cells or lines.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workstation, cleaning daily.
• Follow written methods, procedures, and safety guidelines for each product.
• Wear required attire, including uniforms or clean‑room garments.
• Follow directions from supervisors and assist with additional duties as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to fill out forms and carry out basic math operations.
• High attention to detail and precision.
• Good hand‑eye coordination.
• Experience working on production lines or in manual assembly is desirable.

Required skills

• Use of hand tools.
• Operation of computerized control equipment.
• Basic mathematical skills.
