Production Operator – Assembly & Packaging

About the role
We are looking for a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role involves assembling and packaging finished products using sub‑assemblies and components, following established procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Perform assembly tasks on one or more production cells or lines.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workstation, cleaning daily.
- Follow written methods, procedures, and safety guidelines for each product.
- Wear required attire, including uniforms or clean‑room garments.
- Follow directions from supervisors and assist with additional duties as needed.
Required profile
- Ability to fill out forms and carry out basic math operations.
- High attention to detail and precision.
- Good hand‑eye coordination.
- Experience working on production lines or in manual assembly is desirable.
Required skills
- Use of hand tools.
- Operation of computerized control equipment.
- Basic mathematical skills.
