Product Manager – Remote, Independent Contractor

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, execution‑focused Product Manager to own the development and evolution of our core SaaS offerings. Working remotely as an independent contractor, you will partner with engineering, design and marketing teams to turn market insights into product roadmaps that drive real value for a global customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy and roadmap based on market research and customer insights.
• Collaborate with engineering, design and marketing to lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Translate complex user needs into detailed functional requirements and user stories.
• Prioritise the backlog, balancing technical debt, feature requests and long‑term goals.
• Analyse performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve features continuously.
• Act as the primary advocate for the customer, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in a fast‑paced technology or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of shipping successful products and managing full product lifecycles.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; MBA or MS a plus.
