Product Manager – Digital Products and Experiences

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to own and continuously improve digital products that support patients, healthcare providers, and internal operational teams. You will work at the intersection of healthcare, technology, UX/UI, and product strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Digital Products to define strategy and roadmap for external‑facing digital products and internal support tools.
• Own the experience, quality and roadmap of patient‑, provider‑ and internal‑facing digital products, ensuring they meet user needs and regulatory requirements.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, translate insights into product improvements, and define functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, QA, and regulatory teams to deliver high‑quality, compliant solutions.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of product management experience, preferably with consumer‑ or provider‑facing digital products.
• Proven track record of shipping products with strong UX/UI focus and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in regulated healthcare environments.
