Procurement Services Associate

About the role

WNS is seeking a Procurement Services Associate to support its global procurement operations. The role will work closely with sourcing managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the procure-to-pay cycle and drive data‑driven improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist sourcing managers with category strategy development, spend analysis, and project scoping.
• Support invoice reconciliation and RFQ processes.
• Collect, analyse, and present stakeholder survey results for Supplier Business Reviews.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
• Utilise Excel to organise, analyse, and visualise procurement data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4‑5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, operations, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated teamwork, project management, and client‑service orientation.
