Procurement Contract Team Lead

About the role

Accenture is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to join its Procurement and Legal teams. The role focuses on post‑execution contract review, metadata management, and quality assurance within the Ironclad contract lifecycle management system, ensuring contract visibility, compliance, and renewal tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Review executed contracts and capture key metadata such as dates, terms, renewals, and payment conditions.
• Classify contract types (MSA, SOW, NDA, amendments, etc.) and tag essential clauses for reporting.
• Maintain accurate and consistent contract records across the system.
• Track upcoming contract renewals and flag deadlines.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Legal teams to resolve missing or unclear information.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience handling contracts, legal documents, or procurement processes.
• Ability to analyze contractual information without providing legal advice.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
