Senior Privacy Operations Manager

About the role

Experian is seeking a Senior Privacy Operations Manager to lead and optimise its privacy platforms, ensuring they are accessible, compliant and user‑friendly for a diverse consumer base. You will work closely with Legal, Compliance, IT and business teams to deliver seamless privacy experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise privacy platforms (e.g., OneTrust, TrustArc, Transcend) for accessibility and compliance.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to maintain effective privacy tools and workflows.
• Handle consumer rights requests (DSARs, opt‑outs, deletions) fairly and transparently.
• Track performance metrics, compliance deadlines and operational effectiveness.
• Lead privacy tool enhancements and translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
• Support audits, control assessments and risk mitigation activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to meet business and customer needs.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and scalable processes.
• Maintain clear documentation, standards and operating procedures.
• Prepare the organisation for regulatory changes and lead training on privacy practices.

Required profile

• 6‑10+ years in privacy, compliance or data operations.
• Experience managing consumer rights workflows (DSARs, opt‑outs, deletions).
• 5+ years supporting audits, controls and compliance processes.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and translate requirements for technical teams.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with privacy platforms such as OneTrust, TrustArc or Transcend.
• Working knowledge of U.S. privacy laws (CPRA, VCDPA, etc.) and consumer‑rights requirements.
• Data‑driven workflow optimisation and KPI tracking.
