Process Excellence & Capability Development Consultant

About the role

Join a newly created team at TransUnion that drives process innovation and continuous‑improvement across multiple locations. The role is remote and reports to the VP of Operations, focusing on Lean Six Sigma training, coaching, and leading improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver virtual Lean Six Sigma training (Green Belt, Yellow Belt, Operational Excellence) and manage the day‑to‑day training program.
• Develop and refresh training materials, coach associates on case studies, and lead workshops with business stakeholders.
• Identify service‑improvement opportunities, analyze processes for complexity and risk, and own change initiatives from concept through delivery.
• Partner with teams to create support materials for revised processes and conduct post‑implementation reviews.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of continuous‑improvement experience, including project management and business analysis.
• Accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred) and experience delivering initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
• Business degree or equivalent work experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to apply process‑mapping and value‑stream‑mapping techniques in workshops.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
