Procesador Aséptico I TA

About the role

We are seeking an Aseptic Processor I TA to join our production team in a clean‑room environment. You will be responsible for aseptic filtration and filling of IVF media, ensuring the highest standards of sterility and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform aseptic liquid filtration and fill IVF media into bottles and micro‑vials using automated or manual equipment.
• Clean and disinfect machine critical areas during start‑up, change‑over and shut‑down.
• Transfer materials to and from the cleanroom while maintaining sterile barriers.
• Prepare filling line sets, including component washing, assembly and sterilisation (dry‑heat or steam).
• Follow safety rules, SOPs, cGMP, and company policies.
• Conduct sampling and material identification for quality‑control inspections.
• Complete batch records and documentation in accordance with GDP/GMP guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of rooms, shelves and equipment.
• Escalate issues promptly to lead or supervisor and support teamwork.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Secondary education (Bachillerato) completed.
• Minimum 3 years experience in clean‑room environments (medical or pharmaceutical).
• Experience with aseptic processes and bottle‑filling operations.
• Basic understanding of microbiology principles related to medical devices or pharma.
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures, drawings and manuals.
• Strong numerical skills for calculations of proportions, percentages, volume and weight.
• Meticulous adherence to procedures and ability to work extended periods in clean‑room attire.
• Basic English reading ability (B1 level is a plus).
