Premium Support Engineer – Aruba Networking

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Premium Support Engineer to deliver technical assistance for HPE Aruba ClearPass, AirWave, and Central On-Prem solutions. The role combines troubleshooting, deployment support, and customer interaction to ensure seamless network security and monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Provide premium‑level support for Aruba ClearPass, AirWave, and Central On‑Prem customers.
• Troubleshoot AAA issues involving RADIUS, TACACS+, LDAP, and 802.1X.
• Assist customers with configuration, deployment, upgrades, and operational queries.
• Collect and analyze logs, packet captures, and system diagnostics to resolve incidents.
• Support AirWave monitoring and reporting functions.
• Administer Central On‑Prem device onboarding and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate case records and contribute to internal knowledge‑base articles.
• Escalate complex cases to senior engineers with full documentation.
• Participate in technical training and certification programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Ability to work under general supervision while developing expertise in Aruba networking and security.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with customers and internal teams.

Required skills

• Aruba ClearPass, AirWave, and Central On‑Prem platforms.
• AAA concepts (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting).
• RADIUS, TACACS+, LDAP, and 802.1X protocols.
• Network monitoring, log analysis, packet capture analysis, and system diagnostics.
• Troubleshooting methodologies and best‑practice documentation.
