Senior Construction Manager – Telecom Deployment

About the role

Ericsson is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead the delivery of telecommunications deployment projects in complex, dynamic environments. You will act as the primary interface between Ericsson, customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and on‑time execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of telecom construction and deployment activities.
• Coordinate Ericsson teams, suppliers, and customer stakeholders to meet delivery commitments.
• Drive project performance across schedule, quality, budget, and operational objectives.
• Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and resolve implementation challenges.
• Oversee planning, site readiness assessments, construction activities, supplier performance, and rollout execution.
• Ensure compliance with Ericsson, customer, and Occupational Health & Safety requirements.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and KPI management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in telecommunications deployment, implementation, construction, or network operations.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale deployment projects and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Strong customer‑facing experience with executive and operational stakeholder management.
