People & Culture Lead

About the role

The People & Culture Lead will head the People & Talent function for Roofing Solutions and its Costa Rica outsourcing unit. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this strategic‑hands‑on HR leader will professionalize core HR processes and support rapid growth across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning to attract, hire, and retain top talent aligned with growth objectives.
• Design and implement scalable recruiting processes, succession plans, and talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Develop and roll out performance management and accountability systems.
• Oversee all core HR functions, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
• Introduce structure, best practices, systems, and tools from mature organizations while preserving the entrepreneurial culture.

Required profile

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) HR generalist with strong execution capabilities.
• Proven experience implementing scalable people processes, performance management systems, and organizational development initiatives.
• Ability to work directly with top leadership and influence company‑wide talent strategy.
